  2. What colors should it have?
  3. Should students put their name on it?
  4. Should they have one or two uniforms?
  5. What are the advantages of wearing uniforms?
  6. What are the disadvantages?
  7. Do you think wearing uniforms would discourage gang activities?
  8. Do uniforms make everyone equal?
  9. Would uniforms increase the learning?
  10. Would buying uniforms be too expensive?
  11. Should uniforms be mandatory for all schools?
  12. We know some kids come from Paredes middle school, that has a uniform policy, would it help the approval of uniforms?
  13. Would this help students from poorer families not to be jealous of others clothing?
  14. Can it stifle personal expression and creativity?
  15. Do uniforms aid in decreasing the possibility for variance?
  16. Would it decrease the need of teachers or school authorities to be "clothing police"(they decide if a skirt is too shorty etc.)?

Sports/actions more details

1.Alyssa Schukar-stories(eating disorders,poor people,sadness in general)
PROBLEMS:
  • pictures are similar distant-wise
  • the pictures don't attract the juges's emotions
  • not enough strong angles
LIKES:
  • the athlete falling picture
  • the guy cleaning the street picture
2.
STRENGHTS:
  • colors
  • composition
  • pictures are tight
  • there is action in the pictures
MY OPINION:
  • composition and action in the pictures
3. Pictures don't have blanks, they follow a storyline, documentary stuff in the pictures, diversity

-----PART 2-----
1. I agree with the judges one the first picture because the leading lines converge in the center of the picture creating dynamicism.
2. I don't agree with the judges on the picture with the surfer falling into the ocean: the angle is pretty good and I prefr the fact that the surfer is not hitting the water because it creates more action in the picture.

JAPAN'S DEVASTATION

This picture is symbolic, the power of the tsunami brought a cargo boat in the middle of a neighborhood.( the picture as an high viewpoint}
Another represantation of the difficult moments Japan is living, their streets are covered in mud.( the picture as an high viewpoint}

Happy,Akins,Building

this is our mascot so it is a great way to represent Akins

this is the red hall and it is my picture for Building

TOUCHING PEOPLE

  1. This project is really interesting because adds more spirit to the art of portrait-making, it is unpredictable how strangers relate to each other and, specially, how they would pose for these pictures
  2. I would participate and I would take a picture with a stranger
  3. "fake a laugh", I think this would be a fun project because you can pose as you want, it would be hilarious.
  4. I don't think he used a specific rule of photography in every single picture, but the subjects are always on focus ane there is little blur so he probably used a medium speed shutter.

Cool Advertising Idea

I like this advertising poster because reproduces an historical monumentum such as Stonehenge.
It is also effective because my eyes are trapped by this image and it makes me fell like I want to change to AT&T.
